Condolenses go out to Larry Anderson and his family on the recent passing of his mother. I was also just informed of the passing of Lola Skogstad's father. During this holiday season please keep their families in your thoughts and prayers. On a joyful note.....congratulations go out to Ben Knepper and Sarah Paulson on their engagement. The same is in order for Stephen Anderson and Sadie Babineau. Congrats to both couples !! A reminder that the ice will NOT be available Dec 26-28 as Larry will be flooding. Another reminder/plea that we are still in need of a couple of mens teams to step forward to co- host the Men's Invitational Feb 6-8,2009. If you have never volunteered to host this event.....maybe it's time to give it a try. This is a major fundraiser for the RLCC. The Bonspiel Handbook (found under the Membership Tab) will be of great assistance. If you have any questions or would like to host the event give Larry Sharp or myself a call. The same plea goes out for the Senior Mens National event to be held Feb 11-15. This is another event that will provide us with the opportunity to showcase the RLCC. Officials will be needed as well as kitchen and clubroom hosts. Please mark your calendars and make yourself available for this great event! Have a wonderful Holiday season! Greg
